Question: HUsband has ejection fraction of 25. He has been diagnosed with dilated cardiomyopathy. Currently he is taking 12.5 coreg. He felt dizzy and had a cough with lisiniopril. How to increase ef and improve the condition of his heart?

He has a defibrillator because he went to the hospital with a high heart rate. This was in February. Currently his BNP is 236 coming down from 537 one month ago.
