Brief Answer:
Upload the entire report!

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

I will like to see the entire report. However, platelet values less than 150,000 are synonymous to low platelets. This is not unexpected because you have cirrhosis. Cirrhotic liver is stiff and tends to capture and destroy most platelets which explains this.

I will suggest that you upload the entire report for me to appreciate the extend of this platelet value and comment further.

I do promise to get back to you with more insights and helpful recommendations as soon as the requested information gets here.

Brief Answer:
Keep me updated!

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Seeing a hematologist is a good move. However, there would be little to do as the liver remains the main problem. 101,000 is high enough for you not to have severe bleeding issues. Below 50,000, we get very worried.

Hope I have answered your query.
