Brief Answer:
Neuropathy progressing possibly due to Vit B12 def

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for asking.
I am Dr. Prakash HM and I will be answering your query.

Based on your clinical history and present query, my opinion is as follows:
1. The tingling sensation you are feeling in your toes, feet and finger appears to be secondary to B-12 deficiency. It appears to be increasing as your are under B-12 therapy. You need to get your serum B12 assay done to increase the dose or the frequency of B-12 therapy. Try to improve with additional diet Vit B12 like eggs, and fish.
2. The muscle cramps appear to be secondary to reduced potassium. Serum potassium estimation will confirm. You need to improve your diet of potassium with apricots, green leafy vegetables, banana, beans, fish.

Low thyroid or hypothyroidism is also known to cause neuropathy. However as you are already having possible neuropathy secondary to B-12 deficiency, we will consider this as first.
Falling asleep of feet is due to nerve compression, and you need to change your position frequently to avoid nerve compression.
Have a balanced diet, with moderate exercise.
Hope it helps.

Any further queries, happy to help again.
