Following advice

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query and understood your concerns.

Since your ecg, blood work and chest x-ray were normal two weeks ago the pain you are experiencing most probably may be related
to:
- Gastro esophageal reflux disease or GERD.
- Chest area muscle and jont disorders such as Osteocondritis
- Stress and anxiety.

If you were my patient I would recommend to do also the following examinations in order to find out what is causing your symptoms:
- Inflammatory markers such as fibrinogen, rheumatoid factors, PCR ect.
- Cardiac echo
- Stress test
- Abdominal ultrasound
- Upper endoscopy

Hope this will be of help!
Wish you health!
