Brief Answer:
A visit to Rheumatologist is recommended

Detailed Answer:
Hello
You are welcome
I have gone through your reply and would recommend to visit Rheumatologist for multiple joint pain along with blood test advised.
You should increase the jogging distance at weekly interval to avoid the stress fracture and to have heart rate in physiological limit.

Hope this answers your query and I shall be glad to answer any further query.

Hello
You are welcome
I have gone through your query carefully and 'yes ' an injury caused by the running can lead to onset of early arthritis. For example in case of ligament injury (cruciate and meniscus ) to knee ,if not treated has led to early arthritis.
Hope this answers your query.

Brief Answer:
A diagnosis is must for pain to go

Detailed Answer:
Hello
After going through the whole discussion till now, I would recommend a visit to Rheumatologist/Orthopaedic surgeon/GP to find out the cause of multiple joint pains especially at back.
There are chances of arthritis (shoulder) but after serious injury like fracture and not after activities like jogging and so on.
After having the proper examination, blood work and regular treatment your pain will subside.
Wishing you good health.
