Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for writing to us about it.

The most probable cause of your problem is dermatitis (eczema) psoriasis and dryness of the vagina (due to lack of estrogen).

If your symptoms not relieved with antifungal treatment and now it is 3 months, you should consult a dermatologist and investigation performed to rule out the cause.

Are you experiencing any other associated symptoms?

Can you please upload the photograph of vaginal rash?

If you are able to do so, I will be capable to impart my opinion to you accordingly.

Please check and revert back to me.

Hoping to hear from you soon.

Good luck.
Regards
Dr.Richa
