Question: Hello Doctor,

I am having the following symptoms from past few months

I am having itchy skin, especially my right breast, rib cage and abdomen. It looks it will bleed if I will itch too much. My skin feels as if it is burning on those particular areas. I have red dots at various areas on my skin, they look like as someone put a red dot with red pen, some are bumpy.

I am feeling dizzy, light headedness, lost my appetite, I eat because I feel weak otherwise I just don't feel like eating at all.

I constantly feel a sinking feeling in my stomach.

I feel constipated but also feel as if I need to use the restroom at the same time.

My urine is dark yellow in color. I sometimes have blood in my stool.

There are brown spots on my torso, back and chest (please see the picture attached) and they keep increasing in number and some in size as well. They are dry but they do not itch.

I am losing weight constantly since last year, I have lost about 50 pounds in 4-5 months. I have not been dieting. I am eating regularly. I am 5'7" and currently weigh 115 pounds.

My skin is turning pale and dark in color. I

feel bloating in my stomach from past few weeks but there is no swelling.

My stomach starts hurting a few minutes after I eat anything and the pain goes away after a few minutes or hours, but it feels like stabbing mostly on the right side.

My nails are a little brittle and scaly.

The soles of my feet and my palms have turned really yellow during past few months.

Brief Answer:
Hello dear. You require investigations

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear. I have read the details. It is difficult to pin point towards a diagnosis but it will be more clear after some investigations. Please get through these investigations
Complete blood counts and peripheral smears, Liver kidney function tests, Thyroid function tests, diabetes profile urine routine and microscopic examination, stool routine examination, ultrasonography of the abdomen. The picture points towards purpura which need to be investigated.
Please revert back with the reports.
Thanks and regards

Hello Doctor,

Thank you for the reply. I will get those tests done.

Actually I am having another symptoms which I want to discuss with you

I have a bulging bone on the left side rib cage and it's swollen from last night. There was no trauma or injury.

I am having difficulty breathing, my chest hurts when I breath and when I try deep breathing my chest and parts of my abdomen hurts.

I had these symptoms before but they come and go and were never too intense but theses symptoms are noticeable since last night and the pain is really sharp and intense too. It's the worst so far.

Thank you.

Brief Answer:
Hello dear. A physical examination will be must

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear. A clinical examination is must in your case. It is difficult to drive a conclusion without examining the swelling. Please upload an image of the swelling so that i can have a look. If you are having breathing difficulty, a chest xray may be warranted.
Please revert back with the image.
Thanks and regards

Brief Answer:
Hello dear. A clinical examination is required.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear. I have gone through the picture. In my opinion a clinical examination is required before anything can be commented. You have to see a physician in person. It appears an inflammatory swelling as it appeared overnight and is painful, so nothing to worry about it.
Thanks and regards
