Kindly provide close up pictures

Detailed Answer:
Hi

I understand your concern regarding your skin problem and I hope I am able to help you in the same.
I have seen the attached pictures.
You seem to have developed nodular pruritic lesions.
Now since you are pregnant, the best thing to do would be to keep the problem in control with the use of minimal agents.
You can apply clobetasol (available as clop or cosvate) cream over the affected areas twice a day. It is a steroidal preparation.
In addition, keep the area moisturized at all times by applying plenty of moisturizers or oils over the area two to three times daily, This will prevent excessive itching.
Wear cotton clothes .
As far as possible, avoid the intake of any oral drugs, however if there is excessive itching, you can take tablet avil which is for itching and is safer in pregnancy.

Hope this answers your query

Brief Answer:
Might need a skin biopsy

Detailed Answer:
Hi again

The basic cause of both the rashes looks to be similar .
Both of these look like a chronic skin eczema called nodular prurigo . But you might need to undergo a skin biopsy for confirmation of the diagnosis. You can undergo this procedure after your baby's delivery .
Basically this is not a contagious skin problem and it is not an infection too .It is allergic in nature and some people are just prone to develop this .
So right now you can take the treatment as advised and later on you can see a nearby dermatologist for confirmation of the diagnosis.
