Hi
Thanks for being at healthcaremagic
According to your complaints it seems to be either ringworm infection which is a fungal infection or intertrigo which is inflammation of the body folds.
I would recommend you to upload the photographs of the affected area so that I can have a clearer picture of the condition and can guide you accordingly.

Brief Answer:
Management of fungal infection
Detailed Answer:
I have reviewed the attached photograph but the doctor has just put you on soframycin cream which is an antibiotic.
According to your complaints you seem to be suffering from fungal infection.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to take antifungal like capsule itraconazole 100 mg twice daily and apply sertaconazole cream on the affected areas twice daily.
For itching take tablet hydroxyzine 10 mg twice daily.
I would recommend you to continue these for 2-3 weeks but these are prescription drugs and should be taken under the supervision of the doctor.
If possible upload the photographs of the affected areas so that I can confirm the diagnosis and can treat you accordingly.
