Brief Answer:
vaginal fungal infection or UTI.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Welcome to HCM.

I can understand your concerns.

Most probably either it is vaginal infection(fungal infection) or urinary tract infection (UTI).

I advise that you should go for internal examination(pelvic examination) to confirm diagnosis as well as urine examination.

I have some suggestion for you-
1. you should maintain hyigene. wash vagina with V-wash solution daily.
2 .drink plenty of water.
3. you should take tablet fluconazole 150mg orally once weekly for three weeks and vaginal pessary clotrimazole for 6nights (prescription drugs).consult your gynecologist.
4.If urine examination shows infection, take treatment accordingly.

Hope this helps.

Feel free to ask further.
Thanks.
