Suggest Treatment For Inflammation Of Skin Folds
Question: This would be a gynecology quest, i got tested for herpes and it was negative so idk what this is! It kind if tingles and itches abd times like your chafe

It is definitely not Herpes infection. It appears to be Intertigonitis which is inflammation of skin folds usually fungal in origin.
I would suggest you the following
1. Keep the area clean and dry
2. Local application of combination of antifungal like Clotrimazole along with steroid like Betamethasone will be helpful.
3. If you are sexually active then indulge in safe sex practice
