Brief Answer:
Yes can be cured

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear and thanks for your query.

Womb infection or postpartum endometritis(Inflammation of the lining of the womb) can be cured ,but vary from its gravity.

Have you had foul smell vaginal discharge?
Have you had lower abdominal tenderness or pain?
Have you had excess or prolonged bleeding?
Have you had fever?

All these are symptoms of womb infection.

Treatment is based on antibiotico -therapy .
A combination therapy with clindamycin and an aminoglycoside is considered the criterion standard by which most antibiotic clinical trials are judged.
A combination regimen of ampicillin, gentamicin, and metronidazole provides coverage against most of the organisms that are encountered in serious pelvic infections.
Doxycycline should be used if Chlamydia is the cause of the endometritis.
If your follow -up doctor have confirmed that the cause of womb infection is chlamydia ,he or she have done good job.

And in the end add more fluids in your diet and vit C rich foods and you will be fine .

All the best
