Question: hi I am XXXXXXX . I have Thyroid .. My left ovary and tube was removed due to ovary cyst before 3 years.. I have infertility problem for the past 2 years... when i was checked i came to Know that my right ovary is stuck to the lateral border of the uterine fundus and the uterine artery below it.. and right hydrosalpinix seen lateral in the right ovary..My throid results are attached.. how much i have to take now.. is there any solution to bring the right stuck ovary and clear the hydrosalpinx..

Hi,

Looking at your tubal status IVF ( testtube baby) is the only way forward.

Adherent right ovary even if released Laparoscopically, will likely to get adherent again. Hence I don't recommend anymore Laparoscopic surgeries as they will cause more adhesions.

Let me know your recent TSH levels so that I can advise further. I couldn't find TSH in attached reports
