Brief Answer:
no need to see doctor.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, thanks for your question on HCM.

Answer to your 1st question.

1. No need to consult doctor if you are improving with the measures I have suggested in the previous answer. But if you are not improving in 5 days then consult gynecologist.

Answer to your 2nd question.

Genitourinary infection is Infection of vagina, cervix, uterus, urethra, labial folds etc. If infection is present in any of these then it is known as genitourinary infection. Labial folds, vagina and urethra are common for infection.

Answer to your 3rd and 4rth question.

In tampon related troubles, most of them are occurring due to poor insertion technique or poor hand hygiene or poor quality of tampon or poor hygiene of local parts. So if any of these is present, it causes infection with the organism and spread in vagina and urethra.
So to prevent this try to use gloves before insertion, wash your hands thoroughly before and after insertion, avoid too much moisure of vagina.

I want to ask you few things.
1. Are you reusing tampons?
2. Do you wash your hands thoroughly before Insertion.?
3. Dou you practice proper insertion technique?
4. Do you feel your tampon once you inserted in your vagina? Because if you placed it correctly, then you will not be able to feel it. So feeling of tampon suggest poor and incorrect insertion technique.
Please reply me answers of above asked questions, so that I can help you better.
I will be happy to help you further.
Wish you good health.
Thanks.

Brief Answer:
Yes, tampon may have cause the damaged skin in your vagina.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, thanks for your follow up question on HCM.
It is good that you are not using tampon regularly. It is not a good thing to use on routine basis due to chances of internal trauma and infection.
So possibility of internal vaginal trauma is high in your case due to dry vagina and not using tampon in a hygienic method. No need to worry much for this, as it will heal itself with time.
I don't get your last question-"like hie does drinking water heal me interally". You might be typed it incorrect. So please rewrite correctly, so that I can help you better.
I will be happy to help you further.
Wish you good health.
Thanks.

Hello dear, thanks for your follow up question on HCM.
I can understand your situation and problem. And I will not mind if you ask me more questions.

Answer to your 1st question.

Your lesions will be healed in 3-5 days.

Answer to your 2nd question.

Better not to use tampons. It is not because of your dryness but it is not a good device. It actually stays inside vagina, so chances of infection are high.

Answer to your 3rd question.

Lubricants can be used but again it will remain in vagina so chances of infection are high.

Hope i have solved your query. If you are not having further queries, then please close the conversation and rate my answer.
