Yes you have microadenoma of pituitary gland.
It has following relationships with rest of your body-
Press on stalk of pituitary and cause hyperprolactinemia - cabergoline lowers the prolactin levels.
This hypothyroidism is also related to the same.

I would advice you following tests
Periodic thyroid levels
Periodic prolactin levels
Thyroid scan
Fasting blood sugar
Regular monitoring of blood pressure.
