Brief Answer:
Please, kindly report the blood pressure readings and heart rate to me.`

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about this abnormal readings and all the inconveniences this has caused you. I will like to know what the readings are and I rather think that this increased reading is caused by the pains and not the increased reading responsible for this pain.

I hope to hear from you and promise to return to you as soon as possible to address this.

Brief Answer:
Have you gotten an EKG already?

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for this information.

This blood pressure isn’t too high and these findings are not too far off if you take them when in pains. This is because pain will normally cause an increase in these heart measures.

I am of the opinion that you may have a kidney problem. I will like to see you get an ultrasound of the abdomen to look at the urinary passages because pain and blood in the kidneys is suggestive of possible kidney stones. I will also suggest that you get an EKG to make sure that the heart is okay.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Keep me updated about this and what the outcome is.

Brief Answer:
This pulse is too high!

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Your pulse rate is the main concern to me at this point. The blood pressure goal is normally less than 140/90mmHg and you are not to far off from this. Maybe some more exercise and decrease salt intake will get you there. I will recommend you add these to your treatment plan.

Keep me me informed when this is added to your daily efforts to control the blood pressure readings. Also, do not forget to get an ultrasound of the abdomen with emphasis on the kidneys.

Until next, I wish you well.
