Brief Answer:
It needs further investgation.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Sir,

Thank you for reverting back.

Taking bromocriptine will normalise your prolactin levels but wont cure it ,once you stop it will rise again . The foremost thing is to find out the cause of raised prolactin levels . Considering your age prolactinoma needs to be ruled out on priority . Has your MRI brain been done ? Also I would like to know your thyroid levels .If you have any reports please send those to me so that I can guide you further.

Take care.

My galactorhea and pro lacting headache is gone after taking parlodel bromocriptin but now i feel tenderness on my testrones why?is my testrones low ? did a full blood count test yesterday doctor said nothing is wrong with me

Answered by Dr. Dr. Shruti Rijhwani (2 hours later)
Brief Answer:
May be hormonal.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Sir,

Thanks for reverting back .

It will be difficult to comment whether the tenderness in testes is due to some local reason or it may be because of hormonal changes occuring due to hyperprolactinemia . For this we need your hormone levels , a complete blood count wont reveal any information regarding this. But first your MRI pituitary needs to be done at earliest to rule out prolactinoma . Rest everything is secondary .

Please can lack of good nutrition causes testrones tenderness or low testrones level maybe not eating balance diet

Brief Answer:

Detailed Answer:
Dear Sir,

I dont think testicular pain can be because of any nutritional deficiency , also we dont have your testosterone report to document that you have low testosterone levels . So dont bother about all that . Our major concern is to rule out cause of raised prolactin levels .
