Brief Answer:
It is Hyperactive Airway disease

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcaremagic
Greetings of the day
Dear Mr XXXXXXX

HRAD or HAD as it is called is Hyper reactive Respiratory airway disease. When child is exposed to allergens ,usually through inhalation of allergens: The respiratory tract directs immune reaction against the non toxic allergen . This leads on to inflammation, causing release of inflammatory mediators. These mediators cause the constriction or narrowing of lumen of airways due to Bronchoconstriction. This induces cough and wheezing in child which could also be associated with fever.

The most common allergens causing these are dust, dust mites and pollen grains .

Apart from Sevoflu (bronchidilator )advised , I would suggest you the following

1. Steam inhalation : Preferably using electronic steamer. Doing it twice a day will be helpful

2. Himalaya Septilin syrup helps boost immunity and very helpful

3. Avoid dust : Thorough wash the bedsheets and pillow covers in hot water to remove dust .

4. Thorough reassessment by Respiratory Medicine Physician

Do not worry it is curable and can be kept under control.
I would suggest Dr Atavale. She practises in KEM hospital Parel XXXXXXX She may also in private practice.

Wishing you and your family a very happy and healthy life.

Take care
