Question: my son is 20 months old and has fever from last two days. it was 102 afternoon. now at 6pm it's 101. I gave 2.5 ml of Tylenol syrup for first time now. let me know the prescription and when I need to go to the doctor. I live in XXXXXXX usa

the next time you can give Tylenol is 4 hours from the time of the last dose. Unless there are other symptoms, like worsening cough, persistent irritability, you can wait 2-3 days before going to the doctor. If any of those symptoms, or any other symptoms, are present, I recommend going sooner.
