Brief Answer:
Should determine the cause of diarrhea first...

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX

Having a diarrhea for about 1 month is indicative for many pathologies including:
- cholecyst problems
- infections of bowels : intestinal parasites, candida, bacterial, etc.
- food intolerance/malabsorption, etc.

If I was your caring doctor, considering your previous history of taking antibiotics, I advise to:
- start probiotics to normalize intestinal flora
- run culture of feces for candida/bacteria to start appropriate treatment
- examine the stool for ova/parasites

Your alkaline phosphatase level is low, indicating that you are losing proteins (diarrhea is one of the cause). With regards to your platelet count, it is slightly elevated, normally happening after infections or when anemia is present. Can you please upload all the tests results, so I can analyze them further for a more specific judgement?

Overall, you should get immediate medical attention in order to determine the cause of diarrhea and get proper treatment as soon as possible.

Wish fast recovery!
