Brief Answer:
High blood pressure should be controlled.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.

Hypertension should be treated first, because it can manifest with symptoms such headaches and nausea.

If the hypertension is controlled and headaches persist, other conditions that may cause it are tension-type headache, occipital neuralgia ( or compression of back cervical nerves that supply back and top of the head).

Muscle cramps are mainly related to dehydration, or blood electrolytes disbalances.

I suggest you to discuss with your primary care Doctor about hypertension treatment, above mentioned possibilities about your concerns and the possibility of having blood panel, electrolytes and lipids lab tests done.

Hope this answers your question. If you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.
