Brief Answer:
probable white coat hypertension.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to HCM.
I understand your concerns.

Getting nervous when going to doctor and increase in blood pressure suggests that you could have white coat hypertension.

Find a stress-relieving method you can use on the go. You can try deep breathing whenever you feel anxious. The more you focus on your fear of doctors, the more nervous you are going to feel when you get to your appointment.

Ask a friend or a family member to come with you to your doctor.
Being around someone who knows how to comfort you can help you control your anxiety.

Try to go to the same doctor. Seeing a doctor that you already know and trust in a familiar setting can increase your confidence.

Hope you find my suggestions helpful.

Feel free to ask further.

Thanks.
