You need get ultrasound of uterus and ovaries done.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to healthcare magic. I am Dr Ramadevi Wani. I will be answering your concerns today.

Heavy bleeeding during periods at this age usually has a cause. You probably may be having endometrial polyp too. That must have caused heavy bleeding along with pain.
Occasionally there may not be any cause for the heavy bleeding.
Do consult your doctor for ultrasound and medicines to reduce the bleeding.

I hope this is helpful.
If you have further concerns, I will be happy to answer.
Best wishes,
Dr Rama
