Brief Answer:
Get an urine routine examination.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for asking HCM.

I have gone through your query. It is better to check an urine routine examination to rule out infection. Urine puss will be more in case of infection. Even blood sugar level if excess will show in it. If urinary infection antibiotics will be needed.

You should also check your blood pressure levels. A high blood pressure also gives head ache and back pain.

What location you having back pain?
Is it in spine or righ/left loin region?

Let me know if anything not clear.
I am happy to help you.
Thanks.
