Brief Answer: Requires Evaluation Detailed Answer: Dear Friend. If there is so much pain I feel it should be investigated. It is not migraine or tension type headache, the two most common type of headaches. I would say Acute onset severe headache at this age should be investigated to rule out causes which can be problematic. A pain due to gastric issues is not this much severe. I advice following things: 1. MRI Brain 2. Xray Paranasal Sinuses. 3. All routine investigations. At present for pain she can take Tablet Ultracet along with Pan-D. Her pain would get relieved. But we should rule out any devastating conditions by an MRI. This is my best advice for you. Ask me if you have any further query.
