Brief Answer:
Get investigated and take treatment as advised

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Hand pain with neck pain may be due to cervical radiculopathy. Other possibility may be carpal tunnel syndrome if it involves hand only.
For cervical radiculopathy you should get imaging of cervical spine either xray or Mri.
Is there any weakness in gripping?
Any diabetes, hypothyroidism or joint disease?
Provide any reports if available.
For pain relief pain killers like Aceclofenac can be started along with pain modulator like pregabalin or amitryptiline or gabapentin.
Hope you found the answer helpful.

I'm in perfect health until this. Today my gripping has weakened as of today. I've had no heart trouble or blood disorder. Please break it down to terms I can understand cause I have no idea what you said. As this day goes on I'm losing use of my arm and hand. I can't hardly hold my arm up now.

Brief Answer:
Visit and consult a physician or neurologist for detailed examination

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Weakness of hand can be due to stroke, cervical radiculopathy, brachial plexopathy.
Stroke presents as acute or sudden onset weakness and usually associated with headache, vomiting, seizure, loss of consciousness, diabetes, hypertension or cardiac illness. Since you have none of these associated factors, I would name stroke as least likely cause.

Therefore in this context, weakness with neck pain should be evaluated for cervical spondylosis and brachial plexopathy. I will urge you to visit a physician or neurologist for detailed clinical examination. Investigations that include X-ray and MRI scans can be scheduled based on clinical examination findings.

Without an opportunity to perform a physical examination, I am not able to confirm if this is neck related cervical radiculopathy or brachial plexopathy. I will look forwards to your physician visit.

Delay is not advisable as it may lead to progression.

Hope you found the answer helpful.
