Brief Answer:
Seems to be hand eczema, topical steroid & moisturising cream

Detailed Answer:
According to your complaints it seems to be hand eczema.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply topical steroid like clobetasol propionate cream on the affected areas twice daily along with frequent and liberal application of a moisturising cream containing white soft paraffin on the entire hands 2-3 times in a day.
Steroidal preparations are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
Meanwhile you can continue with tablet levosiz.
Also avoid frequent washing of hands, keep them moisturised, wear gloves while washing clothes and utensils.
