Brief Answer:
Better is get excision biopsy done

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX

Welcome to HealthcareMagic.

FNAC report of only granulomatous disease is insufficient information. Because there are many causes of granulomatous lymphadenitis like tuberculosis, sarcoidosis etc. FNAC had its limitations.

I suggest you to discuss with your doctor for the need of excision biopsy. Here one or two enlarged lymph nodes are removed and studied. This gives 100% accurate diagnosis. The treatment depends upon the exact cause. Usually all can be cured with medication without the need for surgery.

The treatment what you have taken or being taking is for tuberculosis of lymph nodes .

Hope I have answered your query. If any further queries are there I would love to help.

Brief Answer:
You are following correct treatment

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX

The treatment you are taking is ideal and adequate for tuberculous lymphadenitis . Follow it properly. it has very good cure rate.

If you have severe rashes then consult your doctor and start on medication like levocetrizine(unrelated to tuberculosis drugs) . If you have mild rashes and if they are reducing then don't worry. Yes there are many complications of these drugs like allergy, gastritis , damage to liver functioning etc. But it won't occur in all. Since this treatment regimen is ideal for tuberculosis I suggest you to continue that and avoid changing drugs.

For tuberculosis there is no need for surgery, medication is enough .

Hope I have answered your query. If any further queries are there I would love to help.
