What Does The Following Chest X-ray Result Indicate?

Question: My chest x-ray findings: calcified nodule at the lower left lung. Calcification in the thoracic aorta. Osseous structures show degenerative change in the thoracic spine.
Impression: Old granulomatous disease at the left lower lung.
Atherosclerotic change in the thoracic aorta.
