Brief Answer:
Oral Colchicine would be helpful in gout now.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for asking.

I am Dr. Prakash HM and I will be answering your query.

Based on your query about gout, my opinion is as follows:

1. Oral cochicine can be taken, especially if the attack is less than 36 hours.

2. Corticosteroids - oral prednisone or intravenous methylprednisone are useful too.

You need to take prescription from your doctor.

Hope it helps.
Any further queries, happy to help again.

Brief Answer:
You can try celecoxib

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for asking again.

If you are not able to go to a doctor immediately, you can try taking celecoxib, twice daily. Also reduce movement, rest and topical painkiller sprays would be helpful. It should help in reducing the pain.
Oral colchicine would be much better.

Hope it helps.
