Suggest Treatment For Gas Pain And Diarrhea

Question: Went out for dinner last night and had wine. Woke hours later with bad gas pains and diarrhea. Every 30 minutes or so I'd get pain and go a little bit again. After a while It seems like I was only going blood. It's thick and sticky and there's a lot of it when I go. My stomach still hurts and have to go if I eat or drink. Still only blood and a bit of stool. I have hemorrhoids, but have never bled so thickly or so much before.

I can understand your concern.
Chances are hemorrhoids bleeding more than any thing else, if bleeding is XXXXXXX
Diarrhoea may be the the cause of it flaring it up again.
Pepto Bismol may be good for you.
Along with this you will be benefitted by Tranexamic, Pantoprazole, and local application of anti hemorrhoidal cream, like petroleum jelly.
Take plenty of fluids and electrolyte.
Cold compress will be beneficial, before applying a cream.
