Brief Answer:
No active intervention required for kidney stone.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query, based on the facts that you have posted it appears that your mother had Gall Bladder Stone for which she has undergone Laproscopic Cholecystectomy.

She has also been detected to have a stone of a size of 4 mm in her kidney.

The stone in her kidney being small and non obstructing does not need any active intervention at this stage. You can expect it to pass down spontaneously .

Ensure she drinks more water that will help to produce more urine and will help in flushing out stone .

Repeat her Ultrasound Scanning after three months to see the status of the stone.

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.

Brief Answer:
Biopsy is reported to be Chronic Cholecystitis.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks fr follow up.
The biopsy report is normal Cholecystitis which is always there when ever gall stones are there.
The raw area from where gall bladder is removed takes 3-4 weeks to heal up completely.
Thanks and Regards.
