Question: Hi , I have a infection in the groin area. lot of itching which increases with sweating. skin colour has also changed to dark black and area also smells sometimes after too much sweating.

Hi

I understand your concern regarding your skin problem and I hope I am able to help you in the same .
I have seen the attached pictures .
You seem to have developed a fungal infection of the groin region .
You should apply an antifungal cream like canestan or candid cream over the affected areas twice a day .
In addition, take some oral antihistamine like levocetrizine once a day .
You need to continue application of the medicine for atleast two weeks .
Do not apply any other cream or oil over it .
Wear cotton undergarments so as to decrease sweating .
