Likely a fungal infection; kindly upload an image.

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Welcome back & thank you once again for writing to us at healthcaremagic

As discussed with you previously the condition affecting the inner thigh region is most likely a fungal infection/ tinea cruris.

However, I would request you to kindly upload a few Images so that I am able to confirm the diagnosis.

You may upload Images either at "Reports Section"

Or

You may also mail me the Images at YYYY@YYYY . Kindly mention the subject of this mail as Attn:Dr. Kakkar.

-Have you tried an antifungal cream which were suggested earlier in previous discussions?

Brief Answer:
Tinea/ fungal infection of groin and candidal balanitis

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

I have reviewed the Image.

This is tinea/ fungal infection of groin

You may use an OTC topical antifungal e.g clotrimazole 1%+beclomethasone dipropionate 0.025% cream, twice daily.

An Oral antihistamine e.g cetrizine 10 mg once daily in evening will provide you symptomatic relief from itching.

The red dots on glans are most likely candidal/ yeast infection. I suggest you to apply the same cream here as well.

Brief Answer:
Kindly try at a local pharmacy near you

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

Dear user, we cannot prescribe trade/ brand names of medicines online.

The discussion meant on this forum is not meant for prescription purposes. The reason being that I have not had the opportunity to examine you in person.

We can only guide you regarding the most likely diagnosis for your medical condition based on the symptoms and the information provided by you and suggest you the way to go forward.

You may check from nearby drug store/ chemist. You may be able to find these these topical & oral preparations, over the counter (OTC).

Kindly also go through the disclaimer at the bottom of this page.

Regarding the cut on testicles I suggest you to use an OTC topical antibacterial e.g 2% Mupirocin ointment, twice daily. You may find it from your local pgarmacy.

There is no reason why you should not be able to ejaculate via masturbation. Let the cut heal and give some time. You will be fine.

Brief Answer:
I suggest you to add a Vitamin B 12 (methylcobalamin) supplement

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

This could be due to a superficial nerve getting compressed as it passes through the fascia.
I suggest you to add a Vitamin B 12 (Methylcobalamin) supplement once daily for a month.
It is available as a tablet Or Capsule.

Brief Answer:
Seems like an insect bite hypersensitivity

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

Could'nt get your question completely. You seems to have sent an incomplete one to me... Can you re-type it?

The new images that you posted seems like an Insect bite Hypersensitivity along with bacterial folliculitis.

You may apply an OTC topical antibacterial e.g either 2% Mupirocin ointment Or Soframycin cream Or Polysporin/ neosporin ointment, twice daily.

If there is itching and burning you may also take an OTC oral antihistamine e.g cetrizine 10 mg once daily in evening.

Brief Answer:
White deposit is likely smegma along with superimposed yeast infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

You may use one of the topical creams (e.g either 2% Mupirocin ointment Or Soframycin cream Or Polysporin/ neosporin ointment, twice daily.) over these spots on your legs.

Regarding the thick white deposit under prepuce, it seems that it is most likely smegma and probably with some superimposed yeast infection.

I suggest you to clean the white deposit gently with plain lukewarm water and use the same topical antifungal cream that I had suggested you earlier i.e clotrimazole 1%+beclomethasone dipropionate 0.025% cream, twice daily for a week.

Brief Answer:
May add an Oral antibiotic for prophylaxis/ prevention of infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

This does seem like an insect bite hypersensitivity. The superficial dead skin is peeling off thus revealing raw, pink skin.
However, it would be wise to add an Oral antibiotic for prophylaxis/ prevention of secondary bacterial infection of raw skin.
Apart from continuing with the topical antibiotic which I had suggested in my last post (i.e mupirocin or soframycin cream) you may also add an Oral antibiotic for a week.
My choice of oral antibiotic would be either Amoxycillin Or cephalexin for a week.

Brief Answer:
Add a B-complex vitamin supplement

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

I have reviewed the Image. The tongue seems smooth and devoid of papillae. This can happen due to vitamin deficiency.
You may add a B-complex vitamin supplement once daily for a month or so.
