Brief Answer:
Need to look at the reports.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and good morning to you.
Thanks for writing to us with your health concern.
Please upload the ultrasound and CAT scans that have been done so far, in sequence, earliest to latest.
I would like to look at the scans before commenting further.
As such, the size is small, and chances of malignancy are not high, particularly if you do not have any ominous personal / family history of cancers.
But , as I said earlier, I wish to look at all the reports and the bloodwork ( if any ) done so far.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Take care.

Brief Answer:
You can wait and watch.

Detailed Answer:
There is a slight increase in the size of the cyst.
BUt yes, it is more likely benign.
However, it cannot be ascertained for sure without removal and a biopsy.
That would be the only surefire method of saying that it is NOT malignant.
But , you can definitely wait and watch.
Regular follow up is a logical and perfectly justifiable option in this case.
Has any blood work ( tumour markers ) been done ?
And a cyst this small cannot cause the symptoms that you mention.
You would not look 7 months pregnant with this small a cyst.
Try and imagine 4 cm, it is not that big !
Maybe these are menopausal symptoms ?
