Brief Answer:
follow healthy lifestyle

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I gone through your reply.

Bronchial asthma may give the lethargic condition if you are not under proper control over the same.
secondly your heavy dinner at night is not suitable for your asthma condition.moreover heavy diet at night usually not good for health.

other than that i didn't get a clue for your complaint from your response.

if your lethargic problem is not associated with weight loss, loss of appetite, fatigue and any other symptoms then it seems to be generalized(physiological) one kindly follow healthy lifestyle like exercise daily, taking healthy food, proper sleep,if possible do pranayama and yoga to keep you active. breathing exercise and yoga gives better improvement for your lung function.
even though following a healthy lifestyle if you found the lethargic problem persist visit a physician in person to examine you physically to fix your problem. if needed they recommend investigation.

get back to me if there any clarification.
Thanks and regards
