Suggest Treatment For Fracture Of The Hand
Question: I have a displaced mid shaft humerus fracture and I have seen 2 orthopedic drs one recommend surgery right away and the other it is wait and see. The fracture has a sharp part to the bone. I feel as if the one dr isn't recommending it because its workers comp. very frustrated because I know if I used my 2 private insurances they would have already done the surgery. This is also a spiral fracture. Been in pretty bad pain for 3 weeks. I feel having to h surgery is the best option. I do not want any permanent damage.
