The flatulence has been going on for many months. Insomnia has increasingly gotten worse over the last two years.

Brief Answer:
Thriving

Detailed Answer:
Hello. I just read through your question.
Though none of these problems seem overly concerning alone, the failing to thrive is concerning. Because the majority of symptoms are related to the gastrointestinal system, I recommend consulting with your doctor about finding a good pediatric gastroenterologist.
This could be as simple as a dietary change, or it could be an enzyme deficiency. Both cases can be treated. Therefore it is important to contact your doctor sooner rather than later. The sooner an appropriate treatment is implemented, the faster these problems will resolve.
