Brief Answer:
fibroma , complete surgical removal.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX ,

Thanks for consulting Healthcaremagic .
This is Dr. Priyanka Tiwari answering your query .

Read your query and gone through reports (image) you have attached as far as I have observed yes it looks like fibroma . See what happened is continous trauma to tongue from biting or chewing causes chronic irritation which result in formation of mass of connective tissue on tongue which is painless known as Fibroma .
-If your daughter have habit of tongue biting then intial treatment involves breaking of tongue biting habit by means of self check or by use of habit breaking appliance .
- Investigation biopsy is performed to confirm the diagnosis .

As you have mentioned it is seperating from tongue itself i recommend consult Pedodontist soon and go for complete surgical removal of fibroma . This is painless procedure performed using lasers. Healing takes 2 to 3 weeks .

Hope I have answered your query .
If you have further query I will be happy to help.
