Brief Answer:
I need to know the baby's body weight to be able to answer your query

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

Most often fever in children is due to viral cause. Irrespective of the cause, the temperature needs to be brought under control. The requisite dose of Babygesic Plus would depend upon the weight of the baby. I would therefore like to ask you the body weight of the baby. Let me know the weight and I would tell you the correct dose required for the child and whether it is fine to give 2.5 ml to your child.

Brief Answer:
It would not be a problem

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for writing back. The ideal dose would be 1.7 ml of Babygesic Drops. However, it should not be a problem if a single dose of 2.5 ml is given.
