Dermatologist Dr. Puvvula Kishore Kumar's  Response
welcome to HCM....,
Thanks for your Query...,
4 Years age, frequent intervals of temperature, head ache, ...
more favour to viral fever....typhoid fever, dengue fever,
bacterial infection are chances...ruled out's related tests...'
stomache ache , vomitings could be due using heavy medication...,
Hence first diagnose ,what it is?....then go for specific treatment....,
In meanwhile...replace the body fluids to prevent dehydration..
So consult good Paediatrician and follow his treatmen.....,
o.k wish you best of luck...,
