Diarrhoea should settle soon mostly viral.

Usually loose stools in this age is usually viral infection.
Babies get this from putting things in their mouth, bottle feeding, water food contamination, etc.
It may take upto a week to settle.
Don't worry.
Sporolac is a probiotic which helps to reduce the number of loose stools by promoting digestion.
Antibiotics like zanocin are usually not required but if if your doctor has prescribed then he might have found some clinical evidence of bacterial infection like persistent fever dullness etc.
My suggestions
1. Continue medicines as advised.
2. Ors solution in sips like electral along with frequent feeding to keep your baby hydrated.
Make sure your baby passes urine atleast six to eight times a day.
Wishing your baby good health.
