Brief Answer:
They contain sertraline and safer to use.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for using healthcare magic. I, Dr Abhishek Kapoor, would help you in this query.

I think, you have social phobia and in that case, you need antidepressant to decrease anxiety in social condition. In antidepressant, sertaline is very good antidepressant and has good effect on social anxiety. Now answer of your query is both zoloft and zosert contain sertraline. Zoloft is generic form of sertraline approved by FDA and zosert is Ranbaxy's brand.

If you want to ask any difference between generic and branded drug, then answer is no. Generic drugs are copies of brand-name drugs that have exactly the same dosage, intended use, effects, side effects, route of administration, risks, safety, and strength as the original drug. In other words, their pharmacological effects are exactly the same as those of their brand-name counterparts. Many people become concerned because generic drugs are often substantially cheaper than the brand-name versions. They wonder if the quality and effectiveness have been compromised to make the less expensive products. The FDA (U.S. Food and Drug Administration) requires that generic drugs be as safe and effective as brand-name drugs.

Nothing to worry about this molecule. It has very good effect on social anxiety and you can take it without any risk. It does not have any major side effect, so just relax.

In case, you need more help, you can ask.

Brief Answer:
You can try exposure therapy

Detailed Answer:
HI

It happens due to underline anxiety. In that case, you need antidepressant like sertraline and exposure therapy. First take medicine that would help to control anxiety and then start therapy in from of relaxation exercise with exposure therapy. Relaxation exercise like JPMR would keep to calm at tense situation. In exposure therapy, first prepare a hierarchy of situations in which you remain tense and then step wise go from lower to upper level. It would help you a lot . Trust me, in few days or months, you would be alright.

In case, you need further help, you can ask.
