I need more details about your symptoms to be better able to help you. Do you have any other symptoms? In the scenario of extreme weakness, blood tests are warranted.

Thus I would suggest you to go for basic blood tests including thyroid profile, lipid profile, complete blood count, liver function tests, kidney function tests, fasting blood glucose levels, etc

Thank you for your fast reply Doctor. No I have not yet done these tests, I will so them shortly and upload it. However I would like to know if stress can cause what I am going through??

Yes, similar symptoms can be experienced in the presence of stress. But I would blame stress after the tests have been done.

In case you are going through some stress, please stay away from the stresser. Yoga and meditation help relieve stress. So take some course of yoga/meditation.
