Brief Answer: nothing serious, it is only anxiety doing this Detailed Answer: hello Your symptoms are suggestive of anxiety disorder with panic attacks as well. It is quite a common finding in which anxiety patients have several bodily symptoms- tingling, lightheadedness, numbness, prespiration, and vague feelings. These all wax and wane with time (but all sort of tests are normal.). The treatment consists of anti anxiety meds- paroxetine or amitryptalline or venalafaxine with some sedative for short duration. Propanolol which you are taking is also used many times but it can sometimes increase anxiety and lead to rebound ghabrahat ( palpitations). Please do not stress yourself and trust your blood tets- the body is fine and the symptoma are only related to anxiety. With proper drugs this anxiety can.be completely taken care of. The symptoms you mentioned about ear and throat which is now resolved might have been due to some ENT infection which became better with drugs. wish you good health! Hope the reply eases your health concerns Please feel free to ask more quetions for any clarification Dr. Manisha Gopal MD Psychiatry
