Brief Answer: Vague symptoms - need investigation Detailed Answer: Respected ma,am Hello I have gone through your medical history in detail. You have been experiencing involuntary movements , head nodding eye twichings etc. & vague symptoms like insomnia ,fatigue etc. In my opinion you should go for few investigations to establish the actual cause for symptoms . May i suggest you 1 . Get your HB, COMPLETE BLOOD COUNT , BL. SUGAR , & SERUM SODIUM /POTASSIUM etc to see if these symptoms are due to these metabolic changes . 2. Check with your gynecologist whether these symptoms are due to PREMENOPAUSAL HORMONAL changes or due to DEPO VERA INJECTIONS 3 If nothing from gynecology side . then get your MRI BRAIN to rule out any changes in brain as a cause of these symptoms , as lacunar infarcts in brain can also produce these symptoms . 4 If MRI BRAIN is also normal , i would suggest you to go for COMPLETE neurological examination for ruling out EARLY PARKINSON DISEASE . 5 In the meantime you can take some ANALGESIC/ ANXIOLYTIC MEDICATION FOR SYMPTOMATIC RELIEF THANX Hope this answers your querry DR Praveen k XXXXXXX Director Deptt. of neurosurgery
