You have been experiencing involuntary movements , head nodding eye twichings etc. & vague symptoms like insomnia ,fatigue etc. In my opinion you should go for few investigations to establish the actual cause for symptoms . May i suggest you 1 . Get your HB, COMPLETE BLOOD COUNT , BL. SUGAR , & SERUM SODIUM /POTASSIUM etc to see if these symptoms are due to these metabolic changes . 2.
