Brief Answer:
Pimples treatment

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX,

Welcome to healthcare magic forum.

I understand from your query that you are having problems with excessive sweating and pimples.

Excessive sweating is called hyperhydrosis in medical terms. It could be generalized involving the entire body or could be confined to areas like palms, soles and underarms.
If it is since childhood, it is usually familial. It comes down with age and you will be better by the age of 35 years.
However, it could cause significant distress especially in social situations.
You could follow the following suggestions -

1. Do a thyroid function test to rule out underlying thyroid problem as this could cause excessive sweating.

2. Use a good deodorant every 4 hours. Spray it directly on the skin and not on the clothes. You may already be doing this.

3. You could use a lotion containing aluminium hexahydrate ( E.g- Aldry lotion) twice a day on underarms, palms and soles if the sweating is localized to these areas. If it is generalized sweating, apply the lotion on areas where you sweat more.
This could be got by a dermatologist's prescription.

4. If the sweating is localized, you could undergo Iontophoresis treatment. Here, electric current is used to shrink the sweat glands. This needs multiple sittings and can be used mainly for hyperhydrosis of palms, soles and underarms.

Coming to your other query on pimples -

1. Wash your face with a pH balanced face wash, preferably a one containing 1-2% salicylic acid.

2. You may apply a gel containing clindamycin 1% in the morning over pimples and Benzoyl peroxide 2.5% gel at night over pimple prone areas. Get these prescribed by your doctor.

3. For the black spots, you can use a gel containing 2% Kojic acid at bedtime.

4. You can also get salicylic acid peels done by a dermatologist.

5. Have a healthy diet rich in fruits and vegetables. Avoid foods rich in sugar and fried items.

6. Drink upto 2 litres of water every day.

Hope these measures help you.

If you have any more queries, I will be glad to assist.

Take care.
