Brief Answer:
Immunity and Resistance

Detailed Answer:
Dear
Thanks for contacting Ayurveda with your health concern and keeping in view our earlier discussion done on 17th July 2015, the medical management provided is sufficient to alleviate your symptoms since 'sinusitis' and 'deviated septum' [in your history] are cause of 'post nasal drip' which have to be corrected surgically

1. You may consult an allergic specialist to identify environmental/nasal irritants and avoid them which make your symptom worse.
PS. IgE & IgG allergy test and if allergy is causing your 'post nasal drip' then surgery will not work and if problem is anatomical then surgery will work best
2. gargle with salt water [ as and when required] or you may start practicing 'Neti' [jal neti] which is the best effective home management
3. drink lots of soup/water to make mucus 'thin' [of nasal passage] and stay hydrated
4. start taking Vitamin A,C,Zinc & bromelain supplements
PS. It is said that people with recurrent cold/sinus have weak 'upper respiratory tract' thus you may ask regarding following procedure:
. withdraw 4 ml patient's blood and inject immediately [deep IM] in gluteal region for stimulation of immune system
