Question: Hi, After being operated on tortion testis, and being overweight, i see that my erections are very minimal, can you help? (I haven't tried on a girl yet, this is just an observation while masturbating)

In many cases after torsion of testis due to low functioning of testis serum level of testosterone goes down which in turn is responsible erection problem.
In that case you should go for Serum testosterone level : Fasting morning sample should be given and free and total testosterone should be assessed. If deficiency is there, supplement can be given.
For immediate treatment medicines are there. 5-PDE inhibitor group of medicines includes sildenafil (viagra) or tadalafil (cialis). It is proven drug for male erectile dysfunction. One of them should be used 2 hours prior to sex. They cause headache, stuffy nose nausea and gastric discomfort like common side effects. Proper physical check-up of cardiac system should be done by a doctor before starting the same. These are prescription medicines and you need to consult doctor/psychiatrist/sexologist for the prescription. Cialis has relatively less side effects and well tolerated than viagra in patients with blood pressure.
