Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query, based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you are facing problem of Erectile dysfunction

I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) Since how long you are facing problem of ED ?
2) Are you diabetic?
3) Since how long you are taking anti psychotic drugs ?

Your problem of ED could be due to following factors
1) side effect of the drugs
2) Vasculogenic in origin due to reduced blood supply to erectile tissue in penis resulting from age related generalized atherosclerosis (Narrowing of blood vessels ) which also involves penile arteries feeding arterial blood to erectile tissue .
3) Damage to the neurovascular bundle during surgery for removal of prostate

I would suggest you to get Color Doppler Ultrasound Scanning of penis to rule out vasculogenic cause for your ED .

In view of you not getting response with Cialis or Viagra you may try Intra Cavernosal Injection of Prostatglandin (Alprostadil) as on demand .

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions ,I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.
Dr.Patil.
